    HOW TO CONVEY YOUR STORY VISUALLY – by Cinimatographer Sridhar

    G.Sridhar completed the 3-year graduation in Cinematography at the prestigious Adyar Film Institute. He started his film career by assisting Cinematographer Ramji in films like Aayirathil Oruvan, Mayakkam Enna, Irandam Ulagam and several TV commercials. His first film as Cinematographer was MAALAI NERATHU MAYAKKAM by ace Director Selvaraghavan. As a professional cinematographer for over 7 years, Sridhar has worked on feature films, music videos, feature documentaries, short dramas, TV commercials and corporate videos.

    Sridhar’s film Pariyerum Perumal, Directed by Mari Selvaraj was officially selected under Indian Panorama at IFFI Goa 2018. Trailer: youtube.com/watch?v=GMNsUxJe4R4

    Filmography as DOP:
    Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam – 2016
    Tubelight – 2017
    Pariyerum Perumal – 2018
    Kannai Nambathe – 2020
    At present he is working on films with Vishnu Vishal and Udhayanithi Stalin.

    Sridhar will explain how a Cinematographer can tell the story visually using the camera. And how to interpret the directors vision and capture it in moving images. He will also explain how to get the best visual impact in every scene and make the film a memorable visual experience to the audience. He will explain from his experience of working with various directors.

    There will be a Q/A session where you can ask questions related to Cinematography. If you are planning to shoot your next Short Film, web serial or a Feature film (3 students of Mirage are getting ready for their first feature) this seminar will be very valuable.

    The fee is Rs.200 only. Limited to 20 persons.
